Burrows does his job and the rest is irrelevant, and if you're going to talk about Sunday league stuff then look at Burrows for both the second and third goals. You can see him on his arse in the picture you posted.

I agree that some of our defenders switch off in the middle, Tanganga does it a lot but Burrows simply can't defend, he's kind of morphing into Max 'All Time' Lowe, and that's not a good thing.

Tanganga isn't good enough. He doesn't read the game, he doesn't command the game and for a centre half he isn't big enough, strong enough and simply isn't a presence.

Bindon's fine, just a pity he isn't ours.

Seriki's still a work in progress and while he's decent going forward he scares you to death when he's one on one with a winger running at him.

Burrows is a liability. He's weak, he's late in the tackle because he can't read the game. The out of this world goal line clearance by Bindon came about because of poor defending by Burrows. Their second and third goals came down our left and he was in no man's land for the second and weak as piss for the third.

Two more points down the shitter, should have been an easy win after Cannons strike but as usual, we're looking at piss poor defending costing us a win.

Seriki and Burrows are wing backs that we are forcing to play as full backs. We under utilise what they are best at and make them try and do what they are uncomfortable with.

I actually think it comes from the midfield. We lose that battle a lot. Remember the first half of last season when some were claiming Cooper for England/best in the league? It was actually because we bossed midfield so much that sides rarely got a shot away. Souttar would then head out the longer balls


But people said it was boring winning 1 nil. Personally these meaningless games coming up are far more boring.

Agree with the over egging of Cooper, the team were so good in front of him he rarely had much to do. I do think he’s decent but not deserving of being lauded as he was. It’s weird though because we’re more capable of scoring more this year but people yearn for the miserly defence too. I’m not sure you can have both. Coventry have got a lot of threat and a good keeper and seem to be able to outscore most people. I’ve not seen a lot of them to be honest but they have a huge goal threat and that has taken care of business for them. But they’re streets ahead of us atm.

3. Change the system.
4. Get a manager who's going to set us up different.

Personally I think if you're playing full back you should have enough about you to read the winger after his first couple of touches, especially as a professional footballer and if you can't, it suggests you aren't all that good and should strive to be better. The goal from Burrows falling on his arse should keep him awake at night.

3 for me. I think they both offer a lot going forward and that’s what they should concentrate on. But we don’t have any ‘traditional’ full backs. So the recruitment needs to be better. Burrows had a stand out season in his career in a progressive sense before we signed him but then asked him not to go over the halfway line. Plus I kinda like him because he lives in the house I grew up in. Which means nothing really but hey
