We are on the way to being relegated and showing no signs whatsoever of turning things round, in fact our performances are getting worse. Crowds are down and getting lower each game and any leader worth his salt would be rallying the troops and giving assurances to the fans that we have a plan to come through this. We have heard nothing from him for a long while now and it gives the impression of a man with priorities away from that of ensuring the future success of the football club he is in charge of.

Well if its the same leaders that I mean then its the Football Club, not the group. What more would a Group Chairman offer, ah of course he could undermine his FC chairman...

I must say though that since Pemberton has taken over the Academy, he's hardly said a word.

If he's unable to come to the fore at times like these because he's frightened of upsetting an underling it's time he called it a day.

Times like these? What times are these then? We've lost two games in a week? Should he have also come forward and make a statement when we'd got a draw and win in 5 days?

I'd much rather the Group Management and even the FC chairman concentrate on the running of the business and leave the football to the football team manager.

That said, i'd rather the team manager kept out of the media spot light and just did his job.
