Great idea selling to a relegation rival and for a cheap price.

Warnock said they couldnt have Akinbiyi at any price but Kabba they can have for 500k. What a joke true kabba needed selling but not to a relegation rival.

I just hope he has a clause saying he cant play against us.

but who's fault was that, yeah he's been injured, but its not like he stated he wanted out.

OK he was listed, and maybe his time was running out with the people that were coming in. But no goals in seven appearences isnt good for him.

If we had to sell him i would have much preffered to sell him to a championship side

any of the clubs that are in the promotionm places could have gone with it. Maybe it would be steep at the moment for them, but with the possability of promotion, many could have agreed a deal with him

But Kabba wanted to be back in London.....so that would leave Palace who are mid table or QPR who are fighting relegation.

Folan has a hell of a lot potential, whether he is worth 500k or not will be seen over the next few years.

I agree that 500k seems cheap; if the lad's commitment could have matched his latent talent he would have been worth a hell of a lot more than that. Still, he's only worth what another team are willing to pay for him, and given this season's efforts I can't see that we could have got much more for him.

If it suits the Player and gets him off the wage bill it makes sense to sell him for that price.
Folan went for that money cos Chesterfield didn't want to sell him and Wigan really wanted him.
Kabba wanted to go and United wanted him to so the price does make sense.
