Incorrect. The 3pm blackout is still applicable in the Uk. The EFL are ‘considering’ lifting it in the next broadcast deal. Game will be geo blocked for UK. If it isnt then they fucked up. Check the terms and conditions of sutv and google it.

Nobody likes a smartarse. The guy clearly asked for a stream and that's a river. Admittedly it is quite relaxing watching it though.

Presumably classed as a ‘displaced Saturday game’ then. So thats an exception to the 3pm rule.
