Actually there was a fire drill. Would all those who didn't evacuate kindly explain yourselves?

Do us a favour Highfield, could you look along Row G towards the South Stand and see if you can find a reading glasses case please? Cheers.I'm still on the Kop, row LL. Am I the winner?
I will try to ease your bafflement my friend. I left early, why? Well I am recovering from a knee operation, and find walking down the steps in the stand difficult at the moment. I did stay recently to the end and caused a blockage on the exits by going slow and was almost trampled on. So now I leave a bit early for my own safety and that of others around me. I think after 67 years of going I can honestly say I have applauded them to the moon and back, they, for their part ( the players) have given me some good moments, but across this period some absolute dire moments. I've seen it all. Don't be quick to judge people until you have walked a mile in their shoes. People are free to leave whenever they want. You might also consider its the third Saturday before xmas. People have family commitments and other engagements at this time of year. So there was no middle finger at all, just pragmatism, safety and freedom of choice. I can assure you staying to the end does not make you any bigger Blade than me or anyone else for that matter.Baffles me why people decide to do this We were playing some great stuff, very enjoyable and I didn't want the game to finish.
Don't do this and complain about atmosphere or expect players to show commitment to United. It seems like sticking a big middle finger up to them.
Similar to you dingledog except I am only at 63 years going to the lane now with 2 dodgy knees I do leave my seat in the middle of the Kop but I then stand at the back near the exit give the team a clap at the final whistle then on my wayI will try to ease your bafflement my friend. How many goals do you miss with this routine? Just an innocent question.Hotel bar 85 mins f**k you if you have a problem
You may be right, but don't forget that not everyone is of the same opinion. Again, just let people be and stop worrying about others that don't worry about youVilla today, scored in the 94th minute. Stadium half empty. TV cut to an overhead shot of the stadium, fans streaming out early, all missed the winner, against league leaders Arsenal.
What's the fucking point of going if you're not going to enjoy that moment?
They were.Youd think the players would have thought they might be applauded off after a magic performance.
Nope, only at the ladies games.Real Blades stay behind to wank the players off
Should come to fans 1st, families last. They probably stay and wait for players anyway.Maybe couple of contributing factors for the change recently in leaving early/not staying till the players come to the Kop.
The historic home batterings we took in the Premiership meant leaving early became a habit and no big deal and for some it would've been the first time they've experienced the wonders of an early getaway.
The bloody age players now take to applaud the fans. Needs to be a quick shake of the hands and get round the ground to thank the fans and vice versa.
