I was just thinking about the signings that KB has made, and on the whole they've not been too bad, and are more than likely going to play matches, unlike a few signings that Neil (and possibly Knobbo Robbo) made in their tenures. The one's that spring to mind immediately are:

Goran Slavkovski (the spelling could be completely off, but you get who I mean I'm sure). Did he even make the bench? He came with alot of hype, I think he was actually a loan though, but still pretty pointless..

Mamadou Seck - Again, I can't recall him on the bench. I remember seing him play in a friendly against Chengdu and he looked shocking..

Li Tie - I know he had some fitness issues and would have improved our links with Chengdu etc. But still not a cracking piece of business.

David Sommeil - Came with premier league expereince from Man City but never really made an impact. Saw him in the cup match against Swansea where I walked out after going 3 down. Worst performance I've ever seen by the blades. Sommeil did nothing to redeem this..

And I'm sure there's a few others besides that I've forgotten..

I remember him loaning David Johnson and didnt play him once..

Izale McLeod.

Not necessarily a bad signing, but how long did he get on the pitch?

Loan Lee Baxter (goalkeeper) still have nightmares about his 3 - 0 debut

Maybe this should inspire a weekly vote of additions to a S24SU.com, Hall of Fame and Hall of Shame.

On a weekly basis we nominate 4 players for the HOF and 4 for the HOS. Then as the weeks go by we can build a list of those that have inspired us and those that have made us shake our heads!

What you think??

A thread about bad buys under Warnock?

How long have you got?!

Tommy Johnson

brought In TOMMY JOHNSON in as a strikers coach, a late 30 year old, over weight ex pig.

Played him in his only appearence 3 days later!!

True those are all bad signings, but even the 11 named above by gregblade wouldn't have the balls to lose to the wendy's. Nobody can dodge that many teacups :D

Danny Cadamateri gets my vote. His brother in law works at my place and he told me Danny bought a new Jag with his signing on fee :(

not even Laurens Ten Heuvel has made it in this thread yet!

OR Iffy Onoura!

or that Italian defender Gabrieli

or Steve Yates

or Mick Boulding

or RIchard Edghill

John Curtis.

I blame him totally for losing against Wolves in the play off final.:rolleyes::rolleyes:
