Post 71 is the other. Snooty says that Madine was an ‘insurance policy’ for Warnock. Basically Brooks shouldn’t command that kind of money because nobody “needs” him.

Grafikhaus also says on that thread “I can’t see anyone paying £10-15m on potential”. Yet someone paid £11m for Lookman. I don’t care if nobody wants to pay £10m, I’m saying that’s what we should demand, or more!! Why undersell our players (again) because one of our fans can’t see anyone paying it?
