Porter, whilst he got the winners, I wouldn't say that he was the best player on the pitch. Sure he scored the penalty (not won by him) and he scored a tap in from less than a yard. It took composure for the penalty and he had to make it to the goal line to tap in Murphy's ball.

Call me old fashioned, but I wouldn't class Porters contribution as a candidate for 'player of the round'. The game had turned before Porter came on, Harry and Collins were immense for most of the game, Howard kept us in it, Flynn, Murphy and Scoogs ripped Forest to shreds on the counter, Baxter was fantastic with his vision and hold up play and Coady was up and down the pitch all game and was in the right place when the forest keeper spilled the ball.

Taking nothing away from Porter, he did a great job, but my player of the round for Sheffield United was Murphy
