No one off result can be gauranteed but surely we can finally expect a half decent performance where we have a few attacks and create a few chances.

The bar has been set so low that I’m looking for our best performance of the season away at Ipswich.

If the players continue to look like they don’t know what they are doing then I also expect him to be sacked. If anything we are getting worse each game not better. It really reminds me of the David Weir period.

I we are keeping him for the Ipswich game, which we will lose anyway whoever is in charge, he is definitely getting the rather more winnable Charlton game.. lose that then he’s gone,

Personally I’d get shut now as even if we did scrape a result against Charlton it’s just delaying the inevitable.

Basing it as much on the fact that Ipswich seem to imploding really.
I agree Selles isn't the one when it comes to the type of management that was required with the powder puff squad we had.
Now though? Well, with the squad he now has, it will be interesting at least to see whether his modern, tech-driven way will work where his 'need to get every ounce out of everyone' clearly didn't. Still not convinced though as he will still need to get a tune out of the likes of Campbell who seem to have given up on him.
