28 years before the BDM we'd put seven past them and won by four clear goals. They got their revenge in 1979, winning by four goals. The BDM was 47 years ago and seen as revenge for our 7-3 win (which they never seem to mention)


There's nothing for us to avenge. We've done the double over them for the past two seasons, winning 5-1 on aggregate and relegating them in the second game this season.

Weird how not one of them mentioned that they couldn't beat 10 men. They managed 2 shots on target in the 2nd half.

None of them mentioned that the only reason it wasn't a cricket score is because KP got sent off.

I really find it odd that there are no level headed comments. What a freaky fan base.

If we played Real Madrid and they had 10 men, and we only lost 2-1, I think I’d maybe be saying we’d done well considering. If we failed to draw with a premier league side with 10 men, I think we’d be fuming.
It’s the sort of thing you could imagine Boston United saying if they’d gone up against Liverpool in the cup expecting to concede 6 or 7, seen their opponents go down to 10 men, and managed to score, before losing by 1 goal. ‘Just so proud of the boys for running them so close’.
