Psychology wet dream is this . Seriously what fucking planet do these fools exist on . They have spent so long in their feedback loop of failure they actual imagine this shit to be real lol 😂. They are obsessed aren’t they ! Worrying if I gave a shit but I don’t

FFS still going on about Boxing Day? Thy even have an acronym BDM 🤣 Poor sods half of em wouldn't have been alive when that happened yet it’s the biggest event in their supporters lives. Boo hoo.

Funny, don’t recall them ‘bouncing’ today, why did stop doing it and the Poznan?

I live in S6 so am surrounded by people who claim to be Owls but don’t actually go, when they bring us Boxing Day I ask them which division the game was played in, none of them actually know.

Whats all this crap about parachute money financing our team ? 3 loan players 3 academy players 2 freebies .A goalie that up till now has cost 3 mill a full back that cost 4 million .
The combined fees of Burrows, Cooper and Moore were less than what we sold Osula for with £1mil left over. Then there's the loan fees for Rak-Sakyi, Gilchrist and Souttar, all funded by the sales of Bogle and Traore.

We freed up lots of wages with the released players and players sold, and those who remained had relegation paycuts written into their contracts, so the wage bill isn't entirely funded by parachute payments.

It's standard, lazy cliched thinking. Team comes down from the Premier League. They are rich and funded by parachute payments. The permanent players we brought in won't be on anything like what the likes of Baldock, Basham, Egan, Norwood, Stevens and McBurnie etc were all on.

Don’t let the truth get in the way of an excuse, they’re proud they only lost 1-0 to a team of expensive galacticos.
Don’t be mean and spoil their moment……..

I see they are still banging on about boxing day well over 40 years ago, parachute payments and Premier league players PMSL Reality is they parked the bus against a team with one fit striker and a academy kid as back up. Half the team we finished the game with were from our academy with not a great deal of big game experience.
Their top German coach resorted to kick and run tactics to try to get back in the game, look like a poor side to me who get hammered on the few occasions the actually try to play football. Did Barry Binman get the ice cream Hamer sent him for? Maybe not he looked close to tears at the end

All this 1979 talk! That's 45 years ago now. Time between 1951 when we beat them 7-3 and 1979 was 28 years. Just saying.
Yup need to be at least 55yr old to remember that game or going on 35 to remember a Premier league game if you are a grunter

I don’t get this parachute payment thing, chancer has absolutely poured fucking millions into them, even bouncing day massacre, your forestiere, fletchers , bannans, hoopers etc failed to deliver.
We on the other hand, before the Poundland prince, had mcsue who (tried) but reigned in his expenditure and then the Poundland prince who (tried) then reigned in his expenditure.
Yet we’ve been to th premier league 3 times in the last fuck nos how long many years.

For the benefit of the other half's Wendy supporting family who don't go to matches and to save me time in replying to all the bollocks you've sent me by text this week.

Sheffield United 42 Derby league game wins. The massiv S6 collective a meagre 36.

How is it possible that the world leading force in home/away attendances, singing songs of 1 syllable constantly and a big club up there with Real Madrid and Barcelona are second best in head to head with little ole SUFC.

Cue pigs poring over the stats to get the numbers changed. Yes we know you won a few Midland Cup fixtures during the first world war but cup games don't count when it comes to the league. Just to repeat you're second best 6 behind us and the gap has grown further.

0-0 wins of the past or 1-0 draws like today don't count.

Yeah but don’t forget that the only reason we got £10m for Osula was collusion between Saudi princes…

They were crap and are crap they are spent up and washed up, they have got a decent manager but he’ll fail because of the poor investment or he’ll get poached it takes a lot to get out of this league now I think when we went up 2019 may be we could have been the last successful team to go up with little investment unlike the yo-yoing of the parachute teams (us now included) or clubs like Ipswich that get external investment.

Doesn’t surprise me … if you asked them which day it was played on they probably wouldn’t know that either

Cheers Roy 👍

This is a classic, but there is a slight issue with this...

“Could you imagine if we had the chance to go joint top and were playing the pigs at home? Hillsborough would be deafening “

Can anyone really imagine the snortbeasts with a chance to go joint top and threaten to grace the top division again ? They've haven't been there for 3 decades. How the fk are they going to find it? 🤣
