Don’t get me wrong Egan has had good games for Ireland , Portugal away this campaign but has been equally poor at times
Stevens the same good & bad
And please don’t bang on about “ Robbo “ up top some of his decision making when he’s to pass or shoot can be laughable- frustrating at times , runs down so many blind alleys as well
Ireland do have some good young players in their squad / team
But finished 3 and never even troubled the top 2 in their group
So let’s not get “ champions league “ about our players
