Fair comments, but Wilder never mentioned the Pen until the interviewer asked him about it at the end of the interview.

Lol they thought we played well! We had a decent first half but second we were very poor

In fact I thought we looked like a very average championship side

They are referring to the two clear cut chances I’m sure. We should have been in front at half time but weren’t so fair enough.

We looked to be blowing 2nd half and then conceded. Once they scored, we upped it and it was a case of the final ball being poor. Got it wide I can’t count how many times we then delivered a poor ball. To the penalty spot and noone there. Lately we just overhit it.

Beans next podcast analysis ?

Dowell looked decent and he’d start at Norwich for me

To add - Swansea won’t reach the play offs. No chance. McBurnie and co will leave and they’ll be looking the other way

The ref was fine. All ours were bookings really. Norwood was wild in his attempt and that sort of motion sadly is a booking today. All the rest were cards. Sharp was lucky not to get one.

They got none booked as we dont have pace/running ability to go past men.

Yes,no complaints about the bookings...thought some of his decisions were a bit soft at times when giving free kicks for next to nothing...I thought we should have had the Pen at the end...probably the ref didn't have the best view and he was close to the ball, but his hand went upwards towards the ball for me...Agree on the last point..nobody really runs past a man or lack pace...Hopefully further down the line Dowell could give us something in that department.

Thanks Roy.

I'm confused. Couldn't watch the game today because of work. Reading all the Blades comments on here it seems we were absolutely crap. And now I read the Swansea fans views and they come across that we were impressive.

By our standards we were poor.

About half the sides in this league would be relatively happy if their team performed like we did today. For example, we played better football today than the likes of Bolton, Wednesday and Ipswich have all season.

Cheers Roy. They upped their game after a poor 1st half and deserved the win.
We were good in the 1st half but yet again we fail to take our chances and were shite in the 2nd half.
We move on to a tough game next week?. UTB

For Swansea City - See Reading.
McBurnie leaves or gets injured and they're swimming with the other also-rans, entitled attitude clubs and the pigs.
Can't believe we have spunked 6 points to them but these things happen in sport.
On to the next one.

Just shows how far we’ve come under Wilder
And how high our expectations are now of the team. Nothing wrong with that - and thought Wilder got it wrong second half - throwing on strikers willy nilly reminder me if Adkins - Dowell for Duff and Madine for Didsy would have been sufficient and kept the shape (but he hasn’t got a lot wrong so far....)
Onwards and upwards

“But the size on them, half of them were fatties and the other half over the hill“

Assume this was posted by an Olympic athlete.

Probably this plank

"Fair play their fans were decent but got nothing on the jack army."

And how many of the 'Jack army' would have travelled to Sheffield for a freezing cold, Saturday teatime, live on Sky game? Jack all.

Nah, don't agree with that.
Enda's was never a booking and on of ours was for a pull back yet when McBurnie did that he didn't even get a talking to.

Deffo pen. Home side get that given 9/10

Really is a football outpost Swansea. Was saying on the journey back last night, their fans have some horrendous away trips (Middlesbrough, Norwich etc)nowhere is close, but always appear to have a decent following.
Fair comments overall, wish we could find a way to sign McBurnie, would make automatics achievable, if only...….

Looked ball to hand to me, I didn't think it was a pen.

Agreed but if you lived there. You’d be trying to get out in anyway you can. From Swansea to Hornsby ??

Don't think I heard them once until they scored. Can usually at least hear the Kop once or twice a game from the Westfield. They weren't bad last 25 but go straight to the top of the sing when you're winning charts
