You can't cry about that third goal while also criticising us for being pathetic whingers. And it was nothing like the Kanu goal anyway.

Cheers Roy.

Don't know why that commenter was saying Sharp was unmarked for the 3rd. Looks like he was quite tightly marked but managed to work an inch of space to get beyond the defence and slip the ball home. Classic poachers goal.

Excellent stuff from (some of) them. If there was a top 6 of team's fans you'd want to feel hard done by & pissed off after they'd just lost to us then they'd be in it.

Agree - can't forgive them for taunting Bradford fans with lighters a few years ago.

Cheers as always Roy.

My favourite: “Sheff Utd 3rd goal – a bloody disgrace – I would be ashamed if we benefited from such gamesmanship”

You might be ashamed mate, we're not. Thanks for the three points, always a pleasure off Reading.

Regards

Blackheath Blade.

For an objective, and intelligent assessment, of the so-called "gamesmanship" incident and the game itself, Benjamin Bloom knows his stuff:

Those Reading fans who need a reality check should see it too.

I can remember his video after the Ipswich game. Excellent assessment of the game.

There was nothing wrong with the third. They kicked the ball out for their injured player, we are no longer expected to give the ball back, the so called etiquette changed a few seasons ago and unless the referee requests it, you don't have to give the ball back anymore.

The ref's tend to request teams to give the ball back if they have kicked it out for the oppositions player.

In addition, you don't have to kick the ball out anymore as it is down to the ref to stop play, not the players.

Precisely, but watch this be ignored...
