Some of their fans are just showing signs of selective post-promotion amnesia. They choose to forget they're also a freshly promoted side tentatively hoping to survive and instead decide they're grizzled Premier League veterans.

Makes me think of of a new inmate in prison, strutting round the prison yard and trying to strike up awkward conversations about which of the new guys will "crack first" all because they served a week long stretch 3 years prior for littering.
 



Never really liked their fans (as a whole). Remind me of the other lot across the city.
 
It's very rare a promoted team restricts the opposition to the few chances we did yesterday, if anything we've confused the prem even more than we did before because we doubled up on zaha without seemingly leaving space anywhere else.Theyll all be scratching their heads.

I love it how they think they are better than us........keep saying it.....all the others do......and well........most of the others end up looking silly.......at present their fans look exceptionally silly 😂😂
 
Apparently, according to a guy on there, we're having a meltdown in here.

IF Pukki got injured -where would THEIR goals come from ? We know all too well that when your leading scorer gets injured like Rob Hulse did in 2007 that you are struggling ! at least we have a good range of strikers with 2 who havent even been on the bench yet !!
They are arrogant and deluded making these comments after 2 games and beating a poor Newcastle side managed by a dinasaur!
 
Norwich will go down. Anyone team that concedes the amount of goals they did in the championship then doesn’t strengthen are destined for failure.

I don't know why people make such strong comments about sides they don't know about. I keep seeing people say this is the best we've got when only one of our new signings has made a start. We're giving starts to players who earned their right to it and as time goes on we'll introduce the likes of Ravel and Mousset and I'm sure we'll look better for it. As someone who's watched the Blades enough times, I'd say we haven't played anywhere near our best so far.

It'd be daft if I saw Norwich play and said "That's all they've got".
 
Not worth getting your knickers in a twist about their comments. There will be a lot of bitterness this year. The wankers (Cole and Souness) in the sky studio giggling about us last night underlined this.

Some of these pundits will have played against us in the Bassett or Warnock eras. I can’t imagine they enjoyed the experience. Was Souness getting upset because the winner was scored by an ex-Everton youth player? He seemed to be mumbling something at the presenter about ‘how much did you develop his career’.

Souness was a player that people respected and admired. No one liked him.

Well they have Delia to organise it. ;)They are a bit like some other fans we know well,but would rather not. I suspect many contributers are of a certain age who don't believe in research. The internet is a perfect vehicle for gobbing off without having to face any consequences, like reasoned argument.
 
In fairness we are what they will see as relegation rivals so it suits them to talk us down much as we have them. All irrelevant stuff really as the league table is the only thing that matters after 38 games

The Sky presenter Jones was a non-exec director at Oxford when Lundstram was there. I seem to recall also lived in Dronfield for a while and worked as a local journalist.

Souness is a bore, I can’t for the life of me understand why Sky keep on using him. He shows a total disinterest in all but the top few teams and as for Cole he was absolutely shocking, surly, disinterested, obviously just there to advertise his new found availability for a coaching job.

Cheers, that explains it. He must have been winding Souness up about it. Souness still seems pissed off that he had to play second fiddle to Mourinho last week. I can just imagine them off air

They've had a decent start and played some good stuff. Pukki seems to have really stepped up so far. Like others say they have been decent going forward but can they defend as well as us? If they think they are going to outscore teams every week then good luck to them. I think we will both stay up but they are going to leak goals and we won't score as much but will be defensively a lot more solid.
 
They are drastically overrating their attack. Especially at PL level. They’re only criticising the Palace game because they’re used to seeing an opposition team have 10 yards of space in their box.
 
When the Farming Monthly derby is played I sort of edge towards Ipswich..... which doesn’t say a lot for fucking Norwich !

Every now and again I have a look on other teams fan forums, and to be fair too Norwich fans they have been quite complementary about us recently.
Also I believe they have had an horrendous injury list with I believe all of their 1st choice defender's and Goalkeeper out injured at some stage this season.
