Aye
& it got even worse the day we won 4-1 down there

Those were still the days that Bobby the Wolf, Harry the Dog, and Ginger Billy were knocking about on their own manor at the Old Den. They could be a right set of nasty twats and a few were off their tits. I remember going down to the OD and it was fairly intimidating as it wasn't just a few daft pricks who you had to contend with, it was more the whole fkin community as even the old women stood in their doorways looked like they despised you and swore and spit on the floor as you walked past. Very strange behaviour all siad and done and the new Den is nothing like those days. Very much a change for the better obviously. I also remember our coach having its windows put in another time by those jolly cockernees chucking bricks at us from a distance so that we froze out bollocks off on the way home. Set of fuckers. That said I don't mind Millwall these days despite a few sad twats occasionally still thinking that they have a reputation to uphold. Harry the Dog and Ginger Billy are long gone, and only Bobby The Wolf is still breathing albeit he's just an old man now who probably struggles to get into his pack of worthers originals on a match day.

Thanks Roy, a very fair assessment on the match. Millwall couldn’t handle us going forward the first half, we were too good for them. That effectively was game over.

Anyone at home next round please.

Think Rowett and fans were happily to let us feel confident about an easy win that should have produced more goals given their lack of FA Cup effort. Beware the ides of February when it matters to their play-off aspirations and we are reeling from takeover speculation and the JTW!
A week in football is a long time, six weeks is a lifetime.

No problem with Millwall ,
Hard working class club like our own. , no airs no graces , treat em with respect you get it back , if you fuck em around then that’s what get back
hope this time they make playoffs because if they do go up premier league will shit it’s self

Is it me or do we usually get very reasonable comments from Millwall? I think they've got previous.

Looks like it's only a matter of time before we start seeing Millwall - Blades half and half scarves

Probably an unpopular opinion but I really like Millwall and especially their fans 😂
When they came to the Lane a few years ago didn't their fans keep up some kind of chant for the whole of the second half, you know the kind of thing Buddhist monks do.

They're a small, seemingly unfashionable club in a huge city with has many big clubs to tempt fans away yet they have great spirit and are making a real go of it this season.

🎶 "Miiiiillllllllllllllllllllllllllllll" 🎶

Bit like us with "Sheff United". We once did it for the entire 2nd half away to Port Vale in 2000.

Cheers Panchero!

Was there mate , had to stand down the front the amount of stuff being thrown
We’d gone in the (main) stand as we decided it would be safer - not the smartest move - surrounded by slavering bulldog stevedores who, on reflection (40 years later) were just having a bit of ‘sport’ but as naive teenagers in the big city it was terrifying particularly as it must have been around the time of the ‘F-troop/ ‘Treatment / Harry the dog’ documentary (sic)

Went on coaches & were warned not to give abuse , try to get off coaches
As we passed under the bridge every second coach got windows put through
Gang a lads out of Norfolk Park Comp thinking we were right hard , even took a few smoke bombs in with us but decided not to let em off ( they were underground ones to kill / frighten moles ) we’d robbed off a shop off bottom of moor
Went to Brentford away in a night game and Millwall showed up , lot of aggro ( ok we were on Brentford’s kop )
Remember standing on John St Terrace sing about Harry the Dog , woof woof woof
Some rough arse places back then

There were about 30 people in the front corner jumping up and down waving scarves towards end of the game. I wouldn't call them ultras but clearly some fans deciding to have a go at something.

Must have been drenched though
Those thirty have gone down like a lead balloon with the wall

I don't doubt it. But they themselves looked to be having a good time despite the weather so good on em. Who are we to begrudge some young uns enjoying themselves?

I'm not but I do know Millwall didn't take to kind to it
