So Aguero considers us a major threat, their manager states that we are one of the few teams and coaches to learn from, yet the Man City supporters think we just lump it and kick their players.
It’s a good job their supporters do not manage or play for their club

I knew some Man City fans might be upset in the View From as soon as Besic left one on Laporte.

Brilliant. So bitter and twisted. Realised they might as well hand the championship back now and save the hassle.

My personal favourite moment from last night was when Sterling came to take a throw in near the corner flag in front of the kop and a bloke 2 seats down from me shouts "Fuck off Sterling, even yer mother doesn't like you" 😂😂

We did play direct football last night understandable as City’s highly paid midfield would rip us apart..

But a few points

1. It’s the first time this season we have played out and out direct

2. There was one “bad” tackle in the game by Besic

3. Anyone with the barest knowledge of our we go about our football knows we have played great stuff for the majority of the season.

4. Don’t anyone ever tell me Liverpool fans are the most entitled and sanctimonious in this division cos Pool fans have been very knowledgeable and respectful to our side and manager, the City lot twice now in a month have come across as complete and utter cunts of the highest order.

Agree on the whole but we have resorted to ’direct’ football in at least 3/4 other games I have watched. Understandable as we aren’t going to outpass the Liverpools or Man Cities of the league.

We did OK considering our vast differences, from a neutral perspective i think both teams looked average which is in a way pretty remarkable considering they have Sterling, KDB, Aguero etc

I think they have a point in so much as we went long last night, and why? Because we don’t have the quality to play around them. That’s no criticism. It’s to be expected and it’s sensible.

It’s about adapting your tactics to the challenge you are facing.

But anyone who has been watching us will know that it’s not our usual game. It’s actually a compliment to them.

They are a top class team costing millions and last night we ran them very close.

Well done Blades!

Wowzers 😂😂😂

Knew one was due Roy ... an absolute set of plastic bellends that decided to watch Man Shitty when a bored Middle Eastern sheikh decided throw a some loose change from his trillions at a down beat shit hole side for a side hobby . Half these cunts will disappear off the scene just as quick as they appeared on it when he gets bored and decides to buy a fkg space station or some other muse . If ever the song of of ‘where were you when you were shit ‘ was appropriate then these would take a record medal hall at the plastic fan olympics , so kindly fuck off back to your Cheshire armchair and save your out of site up my arse comments for the Wilslow pony club .
Hmm think that about sums it up 👍

Living where I do I meet up with a load of City fans and they are all decent guys, reading this shows that the ones I meet are not representative of them all.

Interesting article suggesting man city may get a champions league ban- they won't like that

🙏 along with pigs would be the cherry on top of the cherry on top of the quadruple layered icing on the cake 👌

I think it's a different set of supporters that posted pre and post match. The pre match comments were very complimentary, so either they've all changed their minds or the "hard fought" game has spurned some negativity.

I think most media reports were very complimentary about the way we went about this game. Sure, there were a couple of comments about sending offs, which I think would have been very harsh, but in the main the general consensus was very positive about us. I recall reading on the BBC site saying something like "we are running out of superlatives to describe Sheffield United this season". I think most "neutrals" see that we did everything we could do, within our limits and the laws of the game, to get a result from that game.

I wouldn't brand all Manchester City fans as ladies front bottoms. The majority are not like that all. What you are seeing in these post-match comments is a bit of saltiness from a few who didn't like the fact that we didn't just roll over and have our belly's tickled, like they may have expected?

Wilmslow pony club sounds great though! ;)

Some interesting analysis on how we played City in our 3-5-2 as opposed to the tonking that Everton and Villa got with theirs.

pity the video isn't available but I agree, very interesting perspective on it. I was going to show my wife this but I'd hate to have to explain it to her!;)

Right set of cunts in the main, not much class on display there. A lot of hate there because a supposedly small team like us gave them a game and didn't roll over like they were supposed to, like Villa and Watford did. Not denying the vastly superior quality in their team compared to ours but there's no escaping the fact that the champions of England were resorting to timewasting to get over the line.

Wowzers 😂😂😂

Well the Mardy Bastards !

Thank you Roy, strange vitriol reaction after a win, maybe the pre match answers were prompted by fear of loosing points.
When all's said and done despite their present position they're not out of it yet. Football throws up surprising situations.
