How on earth can they whinge about VAR? Just how? Sander blatenly tripped in the area and nothing given? Handball (Hands not by his sides) not given both by VAR. Its hard to say because we’ve never been and never will be in their situation. But I wonder if any of their fans would rather play in the English league rather than all this European nonsense.

I’d like to think if I were a Liverpool fan I rather play the likes of United who have some history in the football league with them rather than European clubs who are playing them to grab the big bucks.

The best days of top flight football for me were when a Forest or Derby could go up and win the league and even the old European Cup or UEFA Cup.
