Cheers Roy. Always appreciated as usual.

We seem to getting praised heaped on us from the opposition & their fans. I could get used to all this adulation.

Leeds' support was a huge step up from what we're used to seeing at most grounds.

They were loud in the first half, then like us, quietened down a bit in the second half.

Seems to be a theme with those who didn't go thinking they were quiet, and those who did saying the opposite.

I've been saying for a long time that fans of midlands clubs are pure cunts. Barring Derby they're all utter deluded thick bastards. I actually hate midlands arseholes far more than cockneys and always have.

Might get some stick for this but don't really care. I have quite a bit of respect for Leeds after last night. Proper club with proper fans. They might be rowdy and be a bit nobheadish at times but the atmosphere last night was class. They kept singing all game from all sides of the ground, before, during and after the game. The shuttle bus we got back on from town was quite loud at times with singing Leeds fans. You wouldn't get that with a lot of clubs. Spoke to quite a few Leeds fans in town before and after the game and all were very down to earth and complimentary towards us. The comments Roy gives backs it up. Don't get me wrong, it was great to beat them in their own back yard and silence them but I'd much rather play teams like that than Bolton and Reading.

Fair enough SM. I think the vast majority of them are total c*nts. I dislike Leeds Utd with a passion and all that relates to them. I used to work in Leeds many moons ago and whilst it'd a nice enough city, the LUFC fans couldn't half be an arrogant set of tw@ts. Then singing s bit at home v the red n white wizards doesn't change my perception of them which has been built up over many years and contacts with their fans.

I only want them to do well twice a season. If they were relegated on 6 points (the double over the Pigs) and the Pigs on nil points, that would be a great fit for me.

I won't go and find the post (unless I have to) but I did say a few weeks ago, that within another three or four games we would go top, and we have.

This achievement is monumental in my book, well done Sheffield United and well done Mr. Wilder and Mr. Knill.

I have to say, that in all my years of being a Blade (late 60's onward), I think that this is genuinely my favourite time.

This is also, probably my favourite all time Blades team, because they give absolutely everything, week in, week out, and as fans, we cannot ask any more than that.

UTB!!!

I'm too young to really witness Leeds at their worst and having lived there for 5 yrs I met loads of decent fans.

I don't particularly respect them more than other similar sized clubs but when ER is red hot, their fans do set them selves apart from others.

The thing that’s weird about this team is that in every team you always have a best player, idol or favourite.

But in this team there’s NO best player and it’s so difficult picking a favourite player.
Our midfield 3 of Fleck, Duffy and Coutts are all equally brilliant.
Even our defense has talent and footballing ability, it’s quite unbelievable.

Agree, it’s my favourite ever team and I’ve been going since 1975.
Virtually every single player is a crowd favourite, you get the feeling Wilder is creating history.

They're a genuinely big club ,the kind of club the pigs think they are without any rational reason
