Cheers Roy.
A shit Sheffield Wednesday indeed? Well, better than still being in the shadow of the car crash that is Blackpool![]()
They're in dreamland, fair play to them and let's hope they get results against the teams around us which I think they easily could.
Which is not a good thing. Win their games in hand and they will be just a point behind usWas thinking the same earlier, if there is any kind of positive from last night it's that Bolton aren't just looking upwards, they will now be looking over their shoulder, which they weren't a few weeks back.
Which is not a good thing. Win their games in hand and they will be just a point behind usI think we too are no looking over our shoulders having thrown away such a good advantage in the last three games.

Makes sad reading
“Pretty damn near to our best ever result. A ‘small’ club punching above their weight but an owner who really has vision”
“I can honestly say this is no fluke we are there on our own merit because we belong to a club that pulled together in the right direction”
“I was one of 133 Fleetwood fans in a 19,000 crowd as we slayed the league leaders.”
You brought it up again.Did they say we passed it fast on our lovely pitch, Graps?
What a fucking depressing set of comments, coming from a deserved set of fans, from a club with an average gate of a couple of thousand, playing on a cowfield.
pommpey
“From conference north to the verge of the championship in ten years just shows what a bit of ambition and backing can do”
From The Premier League to approaching seven years in League one just shows what a lack of ambition and lack of backing can do.
Far more accurate. It certainly shows what a lack of competence can do.....

In the League above us, Cardiff, Wolves, Blackburn and Wigan have been in the Premier more recently than us but similarly look condemmned to spend quite a few more years in the wilderness. Some of those clubs have had 'ambition' and spent big but still ended up nowhere.
The Championship is not the wilderness.
There is a very clear template how a club our size gets out of this league
Wolves, Wednesday, Leeds, Forest, Southampton, Norwich even Wigan have shown us how in the last decade.
What's the template then? And which bit didn't we follow? The Championship is not the wilderness.

See the post above.I'll answer that one..
.... outspend the competition by proportionately large sums and don't sell your best players every season.
When we are haggling with a Bradford City clogger for 24hrs over pennys it tells a tale.
I doubt Wolves or Leeds were messing around like that.
