"A well-earned point tonight Notts...keeps us in the play-offs plus Rochdale v Oldham tomorrow is hopefully a draw"

"Another excellent result away from home."

"Excellent point."

"Should have won it to be honest... But hard working performance and draw probably fair... Massive miss by Mclaughlin"

"It was a pretty solid display by Notts tonight. Even though we could have put the game to bed with McGlaughlin's chance, I think 1-1 was a fair result."

"Cranston had a bit of a 'mare at Accrington so it was great to see him come back in and bring the Campbell-Ryce we knew and loathed back to the fore. If anyone would have him sussed it would be Derry - force him down as many blind alleys and watch him brick it.
Shows how far we've come in such short space of time that we can feel disappointed to only draw at Bramall Lane. First half we looked beyond comfortable, and in spite of not seeing the ball much we didn't exactly face a barrage from them."

"I actually thought Cranston was run raggid by JCR, and it was only his reluctance to cross that he didn't cause damage.
As soon as Dumbuya was switched, JCR's night was over!"

"If Sheffield United had Ched Evans tonight they would have scored 5-6 just saying."

"Check out their fan site, not too happy with Nigel!"

"They looked a bit lacklustre to be honest. The fans were very quiet for 17000 of them. I'd be a bit naffed off if was was a Sheff U fan at the moment. They're a top half Championship side really."

"Perfect away performance if McLaughlin scores that at 1-0. Still, good performance and good result."

"We deserved to win for me, didn't have much of the ball but we defended perfectly for 99% of the game and created the two best chances. A point we'd all have taken though, so sound."

"We're the best team in the league at being negative, we'd be automatic contenders if we were as good at outplaying teams at home."

"you would and should expect a lot more from the home side, a lot more from a club of the standing of Sheff United. I guess its a little soul destroying week after week, but most football fans have been there so its nothing news. That's life, that's what the people say....."

They set up like a Neil Warnock side away from home would, organised and looking to hit on the break.

On a par with Barnsely really and no where near as good as Oldham.

Neither side on show last night will be playing Championship football next season.

Reasonable comments. I like them, it makes a change from some of the garbage some fans post.

Just seen this year's league one champions haven't we?

Even Notts County fans are amazed with the dross we are serving up. Happy days, Blades.
