I think the comments reflect the fact they’ve been a Sean Dyche team for many years prior to this season. Think there’d have been a lot more crying about the manner of the goals etc. from other sides, but they seem to appreciate that it’s obvious that if you see a weakness you just keep pummelling it, and that it’s a man’s game where being strong is sometimes as important as clever skill.

I thought Burnley played good first half and Benson looked a world class winger terrorizing the crap out of Enda and JLT.
I thought this looks like a proper Premier League team.
Second half they looked like a conference team, the forwards hid and I don’t remember a defense ever collapsing so comprehensively to an aerial bombardment.
It wa lovely to watch..

I didnt think benson looked world class at all
I thought he looked quick but lightweight
We gifted him 2 goals and gave him tge freedom of the park ,i knew a section of our fans wpuld be clamouring for him
Second half he did nothing when we actually defended him.
But no one will remember that

Not sure how big & physical keeps cropping up when we have a midfield of Fleck and Osborn both about 5'6" with Norwood. I expected a few moans of offside and not a corner but they do seem to forget we gifted them two goals otherwise Wes wasn't half as busy as their incumbent.

They comment we scored from set pieces. But also correctly say had their goal keeper claim the early balls. We'd ha changed it. He didn't. He was vulnerable. So we continued with that tactic.
