I think the penny is finally dropping for most Burnley fans, having the only ambition to finish 4th from bottom every season.
Throwing the cup competitions to carry on being the whipping boys, is no ambition for me.
Personally I'm genuinely pleased to be out of this corrupt league which is just geared up for TV and the big boys.

Burnley will be fine next year if Dyche stays. If he goes though especially if the fans demand a change in style it’ll get really bad. Think Ipswich after McCarthy left it’s a big shift to go from playing pragmatic football to trying to outplay teams. Unless you rebuild the side completely your in rouble because you’ve recruited to play one way and one way only. That said I understand their issue and unless you’re challenging for Europe the prem is pretty boring couple that with playing bad football and I can see why they want change.

Must admit lthe ast 4 seasons these threads were always the ones I looked forward too the most. This season has been painful reading

'The team looks a bit stale. Just like the manager'.

And there we have the 'entitled Premier league fan'. Survival in the Premier league for fans eventually is not enough.

If Burnley struggle next season then there could be a undercurrent of 'Dyche Out'.
