Cheers Roy , fair comments on there , backed there team well yesterday unlike our support .. it’s not unlucky when we are pissing chances up the the wall & conceding soft goals week in week out that we are where we are

Fair set of comments, only wish we could play there on a Saturday .... maybe not eh, be utter carnage.

Brought a right old following and made good noise throughout. Best away fans at the Lane this season so far.

Just a shame we couldn't have given them more of a game so that our fans could contribute to the atmosphere.

Cheers Panchero!

:(

To be fair, on reflection, it was a well taken goal, but it only needed one player to run up to the guy and stand right in front of him, close him down, and he can't score.

Also, on reflection, you can see the style of play that Slav is trying to push our team towards. Last season, we hardly had any shots on goal!

“Critch said the long kick for the goal was something they talked about before the game as they push up quickly.”

We keep getting caught out by this and opposing clubs are specifically using this tactic against us. I’m no coach but surely it’s something we can prepare for in training?

Unlike us it feels like they can see the wood for the trees.

Every week I read these views from the other fans and they all say similar things (albeit Hull and Derby who are cunts) yet reading our 'fans' views I get the impression we'll be having away days at Hillsborough soon.

I see what you're saying but I don't necessarily think away fans see our performances with clearer eyes than we do.

A Blackpool fan might see a match yesterday which they won against the odds due to a goal out of nothing for them and several missed chances for us.

However we see United every week and we know it's a repeated pattern of forwards who can't finish a bag of chips, piss weak defending at crucial moments and a tendency to finish games very poorly.

Their assertions that they've just beaten one of the best sides on the league are simply not backed up by the table or our results thus far. We see us every week and know why we're in the bottom half.

It would help if Egan hadn't forgot to push up with the rest of the defence, as a unit you either all move out or stay back you can't do half and half. Piss poor again but it happens every week after the hour mark if not before.
