Having played against teams from Barnsley and district in my distant youthful days, and "feeling the love" from players who worked down the pit (or reared by fathers who did), all I can say is that if they think we played dirty today they probably need to re-open them pits and get their arses back down there and re-claim their heritage before judging what constitutes dirty play....... Dingles - 2nd only to the pigs in terms of teams I enjoy beating. To thrash them on their own ground was nice.They had their moments but overall we were a class above.

I have quite strange feelings about Barnsley
Practically any game they're playing I want them to win, except when they're playing us of course

Fulham are "as good if not better" than us are they? So why are we playing man city and liverpool this season while Fulham are locking horns with the pigs and the mini pigs that are Barnsley?

They really are weds jnr aren't they? Bitter, deluded, calling us "blunts" like it's original and hilarious (to be fair, when your town's biggest export is dickie bird there's not a lot to brag about).

Dream scenario for the coming season is us finishing 13th or so, comfortably safe from relegation, while the grunters and their angry cousins/sisters/husbands/wives (often all the same person) from "tarn" scrap over survival in the championship...hopefully with both of them going down.

Nowt finer than a sour bitter dingle, when they grow up they can go to the rust bucket in S6 oh hang on a lot of them do. Still not quite perfected the delusions of full weight pigs but they are half way there.
The way I saw the game the dingles did a lot of running around at the start of each half trying to close us down they were never going to keep that up for 90mins. I never thought they were going to trouble us with their at times neat passing and pressing they might give the pigs a game but we were in control in most of the game, don't know what game some of those bitter twats were watching.
