There's a twitter page claiming to be Leo-Fortune West ex player now agent who says we are in for Michael Tonge..

Now i thought it was a fake but i noticed Miles Jacobsen (Creator of Football Manager) follows him, so now i'm not so sure it is fake after all.

Cloughy did take Tongey on loan at Derby once upon a time too didn't he?

No idea why i posted that here but i suppose it ties in with hopeful of a signing or two soon. One most certainly to be Bulter

#sufc have released a statement on recent press reports: "The articles on Ched Evans are misleading and damaging to the Club."

Why are they damaging? I thought everyone would look at the case and realise he was innocent all along and he has every right to be back scoring goals for fun? HE'S COMING HOME, HE'S COMING HOME, HE'S COMING.... CHEDWYN'S COMING HOME......

Disclaimer: everything above is sarcastic.

He's actually a social worker of sorts. I'd be surprised if he was a football agent also.

Interview's here: http://audioboo.fm/boos/2220247-sufc-md-mal-brannigan

Quick summary
- As a club, we'd much prefer not to discuss business before it becomes tangible or real, but what other clubs do we can't control.
- Both bids for Maguire from the same club.
- We have no interests seeing Harry go out the door. We want him to sign a new contract. If he doesn't we want to see him see out the existing deal.
- We'd much prefer Harry to stay - has more value at this stage with us than utilising the funds that would come in.
- Harry yet to come back on the contract offer. No deadline from the club.
- At the end of the day it's going to be Harry's decision. Wouldn't be the first academy product to want to leave to
- We're in a position that this summer we don't need to sell anyone, because of the investment from Prince Abdullah. We don't need to generate funds for future transfers this summer.
- Brandy and Taylor - NC has made it clear they are available.
- Andy Butler on the list of players NC wants to go get. But as with other players we want to continue behind the scenes to get deals done.
- 1 or 2 signings expected in the next 7-10 days.
- McGinn and Wallace - wouldn't comment.
- Sharp - wouldn't comment again, said best to ask NC.
- Also looking for someone to lead the line, but unlikely to be in the next 10 days - "will take a bit longer than that"
- Porter - just waiting on him to come back to us. There is a certain deadline we've given, if it takes a bit more time he'll get it.
- Davies - likewise
- decision will be made on loaning out young players once the transfers in are sorted and the squad is clearer
- Coady & Brayford, with their parent clubs and if they become available we'd love to see them here. We've left things to settle for the time being and will pick up in the next few weeks. If terms are right with Coady and transfer fee, we'd look at it.

Nice and fairly straightforward.
Let's wait and see.

I listened to all 13 minutes of the interview and I don't think he actually said anything!!
