:D

Fair enough, I'm looking for other options other than Basham playing there when the other two aren't fit because he's not as influential at rwb and gets caught out more, we're struggling then? :)

Why not the lad who plays that role in the u23s and has made a 1st team start this season,Jake Bennett?

3 games in 6 days is a lot to ask for most footballers especially when clarke and brooks had worked as ahard as they did in those 2 previous games, they were due a rest

I’m inclined to agree but on that basis, I would have gone for Sharp (if fit enough) instead of Lundstram and stuck with our usual formation. Just my take but CW has got so much right over his time here that I don’t want to be too critical.

Donaldson looked poor but part of the reason was that he kept running the channels. Being the lone striker, that doesn’t work as there’s nobody through the middle in that scenario. Had Sharp been on too, I think his work might have been more fruitful.

. Some great singing in the concourse pre- game with the Four Seasons (Clock covered it in the 90’s) song, ‘Oh what a night’ belting out for what seemed like forever with lyrics referencing the late September Derby Day win. Sure, you can find it on social media.

Oh what a night, late September back in 17.… well it kinda works!

I believe I may have had something to do with this or it could just be a coincidence.

I don't mind that idea and it would be better than Basham being there, also meaning we can keep Basham at CB.

Wonder what we'll do if both Baldock and Freeman are out for a while. I'm not a fan of Basham as a wing back, we need more pace and skill/creativity/crossing ability from such a role.

We could always play Brayford, oh hang on a minute...... dons crash helmet. Agree with you about Basham though
