I thought the pigeon was outstanding. His ability to find space for nearly the full 90 was a lesson to behold. I suspect Hoofy will either be showing films of him to the players today or hunting him down with a shotgun.
There was a particular spell of about 5 minutes in the second half where he was feeding away in their right back area. He'd obviously seen our potency out wide and felt safe enough to dig into the grass at great length. My only concern for him was by the time we got the ball out there he'd be that full he might not be able to get out of the way.
