Interesting game today at Stocksbridge. we need a draw or not to loose by more than 3 goals to qualify for the knockout stages of the Premier League Cup. We lost the away match so it will be a close game. Would expect Eastwood, hennegan and Caruthers to play but ar 23s you never know.

We had an inch in S10 at 6.00 but it turned to sleet then rain so there are just a few patches around. The much maligned gritters were out last night and so the roads are all fine.

Not a lot but bad enough in Stocksbridge to get the game called off. Could we not find a ground a bit nearer sea level. The plus for Stocksbridge is that the constant gales dry out the pitch quickly but not sufficient for today
