Watching that video of the U23s puts some perspective on the difference in standard (how far above) the first team are at now.

You are by no means alone in that. Very very highly regarded at the club, has trained with the first team quite regularly. Likely to be off to a League 2 club on loan in January.

I saw a lot of RND playing in "a similar position" through his development. Every time I see Boyes, I make the inevitable comparison & think - well, you know what, if anything he's better than RND.

He can play anywhere on the left and also has an eye for goal.
