Maybe your right but! Some players don't need that he's 21 now and went out on loan to Doncaster a couple of years ago where he broke his arm followed that with a few niggles and kinder disappeared from the scene although continuing to play he lost his way a bit.
I reckon he could do a job for us being a sub or starter. He has a real football brain like Arblaster who had a short loan at Port Vale where he got injured and returned to the Lane! Followed by CW introducing him to the 1st team which as we all know went down although Arblaster did very well.
He's that good (potentially) he could really make a difference in my opinion. CW knows all about him and I wouldn't be surprised if he gave him a chance to shine.
He had 6 months at Fleetwood end of last season, only scored 2 but seemed to play quite a bit so they must've seen something in him.

OK football genius, have a word with Wilder and tell him that 🤣🤣🤣 You can then come back to me and tell me what he says. There is a reason he isnt even on the bench for the first team, despite our lack of depth in midfield. Not ready for that level. Look at how lost he looked in the friendlies, like a fish out of water. Same as Hampson, and he is hardly setting the world alight at national league level. Blacker looked better than Marsh and he is on loan at Tranmere.
I disagree with you, I think Marsh did well in pre season, playing out of position as an 8. Got a couple of assists and looked creative. He's five or six years older than some in men's football and I think it is time to tell him we're going to use him or let him go.

I don't think Hampson will make it here.

Being a fine or even a good player for Fleetwood is still some levels below what we have.
Oh absolutely - in fact I'd only be up for giving him a chance because he's a player in form and we don't currently have any of those. But I'd imagine he'll be the first one out on loan when January 1st rolls around and rightly so

Marsh isn't quite good enough for the 1st team but far too good for the development league standard. He should've gone out on loan. What on earth was Selles thinking? He definitely has something the way he glides past players and finishes with ease. Worth a place on the bench right now.

He's not had much of a chance so far !
Picked up some injuries and not used at all during our relegation season.
Last season he missed out on a loan pre- Jan window and did get a loan to Fleetwood in January, did ok there without ripping it up.
He's fit now and scoring goals! that is not his only claim to a chance as his talent stretchers beyond scoring goals! he as the ability to play a 10 as the creative side to is game has not been utilised fully.
Wilder knows how good he could be !
The problem is giving a chance when players around him are not playing with any freedom due to a lack of confidence! He could be the spark we need.

Does Wilder rate him? Marsh was on the bench 13 times last season, but didn't get on a single time.

From 16 players used at Hull, only one (Peck) was from our academy.

I do beleave Wilder rates him ! Lost his way after the broken arm playing for Doncaster he was at that time looking a real prospect.Ho lost a year really as you say on the bench a few times before the window opened. We were flying so not much chance of him getting the break through he then went on loan to Fleetwood which wont have done him any harm at all ! It probably shocked him really as he was being pushed out.Sometimes that's the spur to kicking on and this season he seems to be hungry ! Nows the time to push him! He knows
he will be farmed out on loan again! has to be given his chance .
Nothing to lose have we?

Marsh is the first United youngster to FIFTY U21 regular season league goals. Stands on 52, plus 2 play off goals, plus 7 PL Cup games.
Just as a tease. In the modern, Professional Development League, U23/U21 era, who do you reckon is behind Louie in that pecking order.

Tyler Smith or Jordan Hallam or Will Osula lol
Great effort. In their time, Tyler & Jordan were scoring machines. Taking League, Cup & Play Offs, Tyler has 32 compared to Louie's 61. Jordan has 27, level with Jake Wright Jnr.

Jake would have scored a lot, lot more if he hadn't been sent off nearly every bastard week.

Will has 36, second behind, but a long way behind, Louie.

Because of Jevan's "trajectory" a lot of the goals he has scored, that posters on here will have been aware of, are at U18 level.

Still, he stands sixth on the U23/U21 list with 25. Behind absolute goal machine Jordan Hallam. But ahead of Ryan Rhino Oné and It's Diego Time de Girolamo.

Jebbo surely must be up there somewhere? He banged them in for a fair while
