Anyone watching? From the tweets it sounds like they're going to get the result they need to ensure top 2.

2-0 against Ipswich and could have been more. O' Hanlon and McDOnagh on the scoresheet. De Girolamo has missed a couple of decent chances and Tel just headed straight at the keeper

No stream that I know of. Following updates on Twitter, though. O'Hanlon is a left winger on trial from Liverpool's youth system and I think another lad is on trial as well, so 5 trialists in two games. Mr. Turnbull might actually have been a busy boy.

Though let's be honest, when was the last time we had someone in on trial that led to a place in the first team. Henri Camara? It's not a long list I imagine...

Probably not, but does that mean we just shouldn't bother wi trials?

Many have called for young, hungry players who wish to prove themselves. Got to find those types somehow!

Henri Camara, eh. Not the best by a long shot, but I had a right soft spot for him whilst he was with us.

2-1 now. Come on young Blades, let's see a result here!

Oh, and Diego had a penalty at the end, but the keeper saved it, still, we won and that is all that matters.

Jean Calve?

Didn’t Kevin McDonald have a trial before signing?

After Thursday, maybe we’ll sign a player who’s had a different type of trial?

He gave us genuine pace and skill up front which is something we’d lacked since Kabba (Well, Shelton but he didn’t get many games). I always like to have at least one player like that in the squad. Shame he was so injury prone.

Met Adkins who confirmed there was a great chance of signing Baptiste if Boro go up. My source said this at the time. We were very good first half but lost control in the second. Diego and Reed didn't particularly impress, but O'Hanlon, Kennedy and Ramsdale looked assured.

Strange tho after the Boro Manager said he can't wait for Baptiste to come back

Any regulars at the U18s seen the lad Hallam, scored well over 20 goals this season - is he any good, likely to be pushing for a call up to the first team any time soon?

O Hanlon took his goal well, but makes a lot of wrong decisions on the ball.
Graham did ok, can pass and reads it well.

Hope to see them both again Fri, but wouldn't be surprised if it's a no.

Overall deserved to win, but everyone dropped standards in the second half, and Diego and Reed both struggled, even for his assist Diego trod on the ball!

Impressed with Gilmour for an hour, but he was found wanting as Ipswich, with Teddy Bishop running the show as the game progressed.

All good though as we qualify for the play offs, and a lovely reward, a day off work to head to Charlton!

Really disappointed with Diego today, nothing seemed to go right for the lad culminating in the missed (well, saved) penalty. He looked out of sorts, either not fit, not match fit, but certainly lacking.

Reedy captained but again a little disappointing. He made a good run first half and the shot was there to be taken, Reed chose to look for the pass and the move snuffed out.

Kennedy, a good performance just once caught out in defence on the wing for speed. A solid performance though.

Ramsdale, a quiet game, kicking was good, a couple went astray. He might be a little disappointed for the goal. Difficult to see from my angle, one of those where he went for the block and their player slotted it past him, but other than that a steady performance.

A really well taken first goal by the loan player, burst toward s the box cut inside and slotted it home.

Not familiar enough with the rest of the team to comment.

A great first half and good win. Second half all a bit lacklustre.

Good to see a few of the first team there, Adams, Coutts, Done, Long, McGahey. Adkins and his coaches.

I think he was probably just paying the usual lip service to a player who will still be under contract as you never know, he might want to use him.

NA has done similar with players like McNulty talking about his involvement next year etc. when in reality, I think he’ll be keen to move him on.
