U18's completed their Scotland boot camp with a comprehensive 4-0 win over Queens Park at Lesser Hampden. Jason Paling opened the scoring, heading home from Louis Reeds through ball. Reed provided the cross which led to Elliot Ptak being bundled over in the area, Otis Khan making no mistake with the resulting penalty. Reeds lofted pass was crossed by Dan Cockerline and Ben Whiteman's shot was handled resulting in a second penalty, Khan getting his second from the spot. The fourth goal came from a short corner, Reed drove into the box before pulling the ball back and Joel Coustrain's right foot shot found the back of the net.

In all my years of going down the Lane, I can't remember us scoring a single goal from a short corner!

Is Louis Reed, the same Lewis Reed (as per York City's programme) that played at York on Saturday? Looks a good prospect, especially as he's only 12, or looks it anyway. :)

Louis Reed is the correct spelling :) Had a good game at Hallam last night too, though come off just after pulling up.
