U18s v Burnley

I'm currently having a punt on Odyssey, Technical Warfare IPA (Mosaic, Simcoe, Ekuanot) 7%. So, a fuller report will have to wait for me to write my Blog.
But, the U18s have won 5-2 up at Shirecliffe this afts. A nice bounce back after a hammering at Bolton last Saturday. Burnley were well in a pulsator. They hit the post a couple of times, maybe more.
My by eye guess for the scorers was Simeon Oure (2), Reon Potts, Sam Ackroyd, Sammy Ompreon.
Now, back to that 7% IPA

My first u18s game. Enjoyed it. Was a lot more feisty than the u23s game I saw the other week. Lots of players very angry at their teammates, their opponents, the referee.

Simeon Oure played well - very direct, good in possession and a real handful.

I also thought Belahoun (sp?) did pretty well against a giant striker.

Our substitutes' goal must've been one of the quickest ever. He ran on the pitch and headed a cross in within seconds.

Enjoyable (but cold), will try and get up there again.

I've written my Blog report on yesterday's neat 5-2 win for the U18s at Shirecliffe. A ding dong game. Burnley were well in it for long spells.
