Only we were shitterer.

Arblaster - miles off it.

Campbell - WTF’s happened, someone make a thread about him.

Hoever - how’s he prem standard?

Chong - absolutely Chonging tonight.

Peck - not back to his best.

Cannon - did he play?

Bamford - knock that in son!!!!

Wilder - season over.

Southampton one of the worst I’ve seen this season. I understand now why they’re where they are. There for the taking and we failed.

Campbell and cannon had absolutely nothing from the players behind them, frustrating first half for them, not sure what else they could do? No one wanted to thread passes or get ball forward. Just sideways slow backwards or wayward.

Similar to Charlton, we were also absolutely terrible.

Thought Peck was ok, McGuinness not bad but you can't carry multiple players who are completely off it and expect to win.

If we had anything looking like a midfield we'd have won that.

Strikers got zero service all night.

Started with Peck & Arblaster who've both had lengthy injuries.
Chong offered flashes, but kept making wrong decision or falling over the ball.

With Riedewald out, it shows that a decent Central Midfielder is the key signing for Jan

Massively missed Tanganga and Bindon too.
Mee and McG didn't really do anything "wrong" but they both just kinda stand there and don't really help build any play up

Didn't like the look of that starting line up and it showed me why.

I understand why it was that but still.

We made so many bad choices in the final 3rd.

Unlucky with their goal but should have closed him down. Hoever lost the ball and faked a foul. Stay on your feet and track back. Might have put him off enough for his shot lad.

Season does feel done now. Well on an upwards trajectory.
Need to make sure relegation dogfight we steer clear of.

Being forced to start with Peck & Blaster in the middle was a recipe for disaster. Couldn’t get anything going - nothing for Cannon or TC to work with. Chong was absolutely honking again. McCallum should be our starting left back for the rest of the season. Same with Seriki & Brooks on the right.

Awful game of football. We miss Riedewald so much.

CW should have brought Davies on rather than the pointless Ings.

What's the Messiahs excuse going to be after that shit show...Absolutely embarrassing...

Agreed - the step change in the season was when we got Seriki and Brooks teamed up and running riot down the wing and getting dangerous crosses into the box for them and Bamford to feed off. So what do we do? Bench them. Don’t tell me they're being “saved” for the next game - they’re professional athletes in their early 20’s ffs. Get them on from the start, control the game, score goals and then sub them if needed.
