What did we do well with Walker? We got him out on loan at Northampton and he found his feet there, where apparently he was head and shoulders above anything there. That way there is no risk to us and the player is out of the spotlight for a while. It gets harder the lower down the league we sink but I would certainly be looking to get anyone of any quality out somewhere that they play good football. Not Rotherham or the like! Lets try and keep good habits because thats what makes good players.
