All advertisments are hidden for logged in members, why not log in/register?




No well my 16 yr old nephew had to pay for a ticket even though hes a season ticket holder.
 
I've paid for my tickets. All stands open but girl in ticket office said hardly any sold
 
When we renewed, they said the first home cup match would be free entry, so if it isn't free then does anyone know why not? I've just emailed the ticket office to ask them.
Maybe they don't count the JPT as a "proper game"!
 
Might pop along. If only so I can sit where I like and put my feet on the seats in front of me*.

* I wouldn't do that actually. It's unhygienic.
 
It's bloody useful for acquiring loyalty points. I bought two tickets and got 300 points.

That's the same as three trips to Port Vale and far less unpleasant.
 
The free game will be a league cup or fa cup game said the ticket office. So, if we are drawn away in the fa cup and lose, then that's the free game gone.
 
It's a tenner. Bastards have charged my card under the automatic cup game thing. It's not even a proper cup, it's a paint pot.

I've no intention of going so that's a tenner wasted

Not necessarily - maybe the free game will roll over into next season, like unused data on a phone plan - and we get two free cup games next year.

Alternatively, what are the Play Offs if not a mini cup competition?

It's a great scheme pig end, all home cupties are taken from your listed bankers or credit card it does state all home cupties
that includes jpt if you don't go to jpt why do it in the first place or is it that Swiss is just narked because of the recent
Performances.I WILL be there as always and looking forward too it.
I see Jamie Mcdonagh is with the Irish under 21 s remember that name I think he is going to be an excellent
player would have been further on had he not had a badly broken leg playing for Irish it cost him a full season but
he is now showing his potential. .

I can't tell if you're being sarcastic, I know you're serious about Mcdonagh because he's a real prospect, I've only seen him twice but I really like the look of him.
So this scheme is separate from just having a season ticket, it's optional at the start of the season and having a ST doesn't automatically mean you have to pay for every cup game too.

I don't get it. They automatically charge you for a ticket for the JPT game? What if you don't want to go or can't make it?

That was something that should have been thought about before ticking the box at the beginning of the season. The club are only acting on the instructions they have been given.

From memory the option was you had to tick the box to enter the scheme. Whichever, the question about joining was quite clear as was the automatic payment details.

Yeah I don't mind it for fa and league cup games, especially when demand is higher, but we really don't need it for JPT games and I'd not actually thought about it. I've never been to and never will go to a JPT game.

I emailed the box office and said I didn't want it, nil response

Hopefully Swiss this will be our last season in it,would be nice to win it;-) ;-) ;-)
