Well. I watched that, and Wednesday, minus any bias, were absolutely gash.

Their keeper is a bombscare, their defence is shocking, so easily dispossessed all over the pitch it's frightening from their point of view.

Reach has a great shot on him though, their one quality player.

Middlesbrough looked strong but not in a frightening way, just in a Pulis way.

Don't you dare say another wrong word about their goalie .

I think he's an absolute gem and will be deeply disappointed if he's not in their side at the Lane .......

I went last night, and I thought Wednesday were simply beaten by a team with better all-round players. It's reminiscent of the Stoke game, but 'Boro aren't suicidal at the back like Stoke. Leeds played Wednesday off the park in the second half, for example, but lacked the quality to make it count.

Both teams were poor on the night, I thought. The pigs had the better chances in the first half, but with Boro having the better play. It kind of reminded me of a League 1 game.

Assombalonga looks very bad value for £16m or whatever they paid for him.

Reach is clearly a talented player, however I wasn’t too impressed by Bannan.

Er, well without wanting to play devil's advocate it might well be. It definitely would be for Wednesday, as the way they play is better suited to playing away. But the main reason is that Derby don't possess the quality of players that 'Boro do. They're definitely much better than Leeds. Good all-rounders mostly who do the basics well and make the right decision at the right time. They're deceptive. The current tally stands at Boro 5 - Sheffield 1.

He's one of their more attacking players in a very defensive and uninspiring set up so maybe that's why they rate him.

Last night though the only player worth any money for them was Reach, and I'd say about £8m or so, because yeah he scores goals but he's also a wingback isn't he? And they haven't kept a clean sheet this season.

Reach has scored 9 in 95 games for the pigs. If they paid £5m for him (I thought it was £6m?), that's £555,555 per goal. He's having a purple patch is all.

Cheers Cerberus Blade, I’ll let her know. We’ve been together 5yrs now, she’s usually camera shy, but caught her just at the right moment.

Agree about Reach but there defence looks shocking, going nowhere with that defence.
