I know I said I'd happily take wins over WBA and Leeds and a loss to pigs, as it draws ever nearer I'm wavering :(

Not bothered about the pigs winning I don't like it when we are big favourites to win. It might just be a reality check for some of our fans who were getting over confident, we will need to be at it on Monday.

We can afford to lose and still go up in autos. Not that I’d want that, but that’s how it is. No pressure!

Wednesday only 3 wins away from getting into the play offs! No parking the bus now :D

edit: A draw against United and it's gone for another year!

Don't under estimate the darkside I was there on Boxing day , we were at the top of the league they were in mid - table , the rest is a painful memory .[/QUOTE

You left out the demolition
that took place at the sty just last season. We are much stronger now than last season.

Really bad, they had only taken 15 points from the last 6 games and topped that form table.
Yep beat Rotherham 4-2,Blackburn 5-2,Lost to Forest 2-1 beat Villa 1-0,lost to Swansea 4-1.Beat Hull 5-1.
Inconsistent they are all over the place hence their standing in the league.
The Blades are a totally different proposition.

Leeds next 3 games

WBA H
Brizzle A
Reading A

Threee very hard games we keep up our form and it could be our year

Reading is one of the easiest games they could hope for, to be fair. The WBA game, however, is the toughest they could have. I'd be pissed off about having to play Tuesday and Friday if I were a Leeds fan.

Definitley not reading haven’t lost in like 6/7 other than against us and have picked up under there new manager.

Would much rather not be playing teams fighting for there lives

I can see Norwich dropping points away at Millwall on Saturday aswell.
Any away game is a banana skin

The fickle bastards will think they are gonna hammer us after one good win, guarantee it.

But was it a 'good win'? Sure Brentford thumped Hull last Saturday but Hull are going through 'The Adkins Effect'. Before the pigs game, Brentford were 15th in the table and have just 6 points out of the last 18 away. They've won just 11 out of 33 all season. Swansea were 12th and Blobby's other four games were Rotherham (bottom 3), Millwall (around 20th), Reading (bottom 3) and Ipswich (dead and buried). Bruce has had a very fortunate run of game - which is almost certainly why he delayed his start at the pigs.

Wendy's run-in is pretty easy too, but they've got Leeds, Norwich, Bristol and, of course, us to come.

You clearly didn't read my post. Which was of course in the present tense. Brentford where awful last night in my humble opinion. I was hoping you would show the form you did against Hull. Unfortunately, we'll have to give Wednesday a kick up the arse. Also, have a look and see who's top of the form table, you might get a surprise. :)
You can try the last six or last ten.

Recent form or not, they're where they are on merit and they were extremely poor at the Lane. I don't buy this "fighting for their lives" thing. You get weird results all through the season (us dropping points at Ipswich), it's just people are paying more attention this time of year. I'd take playing the bottom of the league every week.

Their run in is probably the hardest in the league. Us, Leeds, Norwich, Bristol City, Derby, Forest, Preston, Villa...

Strange, innit? And impossible to predict. When we see names like 'Villa', 'Forest' and 'Derby' we automatically think 'Ooh, that'll be hard.' but there's no proof of this and hasn't been for a couple of years. When we play these teams at the Lane, I listen to their teams being read out and think 'Quality all over the park', but the truth is usually different. Leeds might be on the brink of a meltdown, Norwich are due a bad run and the first cracks might be appearing at Bristol City (nine straight wins, unbeaten since Nov. 24th 2018 and now three straight defeats).
