I think draws are better and a Ipswich winIdeal scenario:
Hull vs QPR - Hull win
Swansea vs Bristol City - Swansea win
Southampton vs Charlton - Charlton win
Watford vs Derby - Watford win
Norwich vs Birmingham - Norwich win
Wrexham vs Ipswich - Ipswich win
6 games need to go our way today. If at least 3/6 can then I would take that.
That's a great pointWith the focus on the relegation teams results it's probably slipped our mind a bit that we could be in an excellent position for the top 6 if we win. It's the first time we can really approach the top half and go level with a few of those teams
The first derby triggered our good run
It's possible the second derby will trigger our real push for the top 6
So it would be good if we won
There's a chance to come crashing back down against Coventry but if we can come through that one positively then it could really be onThat's a great point
Never underestimate the belief and confidence the players get from these games
Completely turned our season around last time
Yeah courseThere's a chance to come crashing back down against Coventry but if we can come through that one positively then it could really be on
We should be beating everyone at homeYeah course
Don't think we should fear anyone as long as we can avoid the peck blaster midfield
Riedewald plus one, for me (when he's match-fit, of course). We should be beating everyone at home
Away, much less confident. Very mixed bag
Don't think we'll see Peck/Arblaster again. If we can consistently field Phillips and Peck that could be decisive. But if no pairing fully establishes as first choice we have very good rotation with those 2 plus Rothwell and Riedewald
Birmingham currently 6th
That's amazing. They've been garbage. What a league
I tell you what, I saw enough of Hull City earlier to wonder if they could fall away.
I do wonder if over the coming weeks 5th might open up as well.
It could well be one from Ipswich, Coventry and Middlesborough, plus Millwall, Southampton and hopefully us. There is time left for one of those, either Millwall or Hull to get dragged back. I think someone said Hull’s xG was being overly exceeded and it might even itself out.
Ipswich, Millwall and Hull are all toss
It's why we have a major incentive to get 6th
