Funny that we have sold out for Sunderland almost 3000 yet we have only sold around 1000 for Bolton ?

Is it the ticket prices orthe fact its a night match ? or both ? or people decided to choose one of these matches and Sunderland will be a better atmsophere better ground and cheaper ?

It'd probably be the least attractive fixture of the season if it was a 3pm Saturday kick off.

I'm adding up the pros and cons of driving over to Bolton after work on Tuesday so it may yet be 1,001.

its such an attractive fixture it'd completely slipped the mind. but im working in hudds on tues so only an hour across the m62 - thanks for reminder.

i trust we'll go for it, we're due a win at that place.

Because £32 to sit in a fucking Meccano set in the middle of a field on Tuesday night is pisstaking of the highest order. That's why like many, I'm going to Sunderland and not Bolton.

1000 is surprisingly low for Bolton.

Charge rip-off prices and that's what you get.

Sunderland doesn't surprise me though - we haven't visited there since 2005? whilst we were at that Bolton Bowl twice just last season

All things considered I reckon 1,000 to Bolton on a Tuesday night is an excellent effort, especially as many Blades are still f***ed off with that opening game of last season and the p**s taking prices, and they've upped them by another £2 this season.
