Ticket site problem

I called the ticket office this morning as my online account wouldn't let me purchase a ticket for the family stand without also purchasing a junior one too.
I've been ordering my tickets this way for the last few years, but the young lady in the office said that i can't buy an adult one online in future without purchasing a junior one.
So now I've got to phone up for one...
