By the end of this season, there'll be a lot of people that may have gone up in our estimations... and a number of people who will have done their best to wrong the Blades at every turn.

So we want your list of people you like and people you don't - along with reasons for your favour or derision.

The best ones will be gathered together for an end-of-season article so dates and details would be useful :)

EDIT: If you would like to submit your ideas in article format, check out our new feature HERE

Like
Stephen Quinn (Lived upto my expectations after seeing him preseason, very impressive)
Gordon Strachan & Ken Bates (Doing a excellent job at the moment, IMO)

Dislike
All MOTD presenters (R-soles for not giving us any credit or air time before Midnight)
Hunt (for being a Complete hunt)
Graham Poll (Always disliked him, but now even more cos he's prob the worst ref in the prem and gets treated like he's the best)

I'll think of more and post when I can be bothered :D

These may be down to the fact I've never really paid too much attention to the Premiership before we were actually in it, but still, this season has opened my eyes to a few "superstars".

People who've gone down in my estimations:-
Ryan Giggs.
Always had him down as a model professional. Realised after our home game that he has the kind of attitude we need out of the game. Always the first to run to the referee and intimidate him with that "We're Man United y'know, that has to be our free-kick" look on his face. Just think, there was that whole public outcry when nasty Michael Brown chopped through him. OK, nasty tackle, but maybe mere mortal Browny was sick and fed up of the Welshman harping on at the ref all game.

Cesc Fabregas.
Another player lauded by critics and journalists the world over with a shocking attitude. Great when Arsenal are winning, but our 1-0 win at home showed him in a different light. After the game he showed no respect at all for our players and refused to shake their hands, as well as completely ignoring the Arsenal faithful who had travelled from London to watch a half-hearted display. And to top it all, he has a real nasty streak on the pitch which we've seen many times before. Scumbag.

Thierry Henry.
Loads of talent. Lacks heart and respect for other players.
From prima-donna goal celebrations to waving the ball in the face of Chris Kirkland, it seems Wenger had serious words in the close season to keep him at Arsenal and whatever he said has gone to the Frenchman's head. He's still got all the talent but he wants to be numero uno all the time and he seems to be lacking in terms of effort for the team and respect for his colleagues. You're now more likely to seem him with hands on hips shaking his head than helping out a team-mate.

The first three that spring to mind...:p

And someone who has risen...(trying to be impartial)

Neil Warnock
Honestly didn't think he'd have the nous to keep us up before the season started. And after seeing us limp through the first few weeks without looking like winning or scoring I feared the worst.
But a tactical revamp and some excellent signings have stood us in good stead  for the final run-in. We may not stay up but not many of us could have imagined being so far clear of the bottom 3 at this stage and that is largely down to the manager.

Down in Estimation, Blackburn Police/Stewards, Appalling to be honest and the worst I have come across, no common sense what so ever. And too quick to jump in to wrong conclusions about stuff, whilst also being highly unhelpful.

Up in estimations; Adie Boothroyd, calls a spade a spade. He has great optimism, but can admit when his team deserved nothing from a game (the game against us being once indication)

Cesc Fabregas.
Another player lauded by critics and journalists the world over with a shocking attitude. Great when Arsenal are winning, but our 1-0 win at home showed him in a different light. couldnt agree more,

when i first saw this guy i thought, good player, and looks very promising. Recently he has changed, now comes across as very mardy, R-sole of a player.

I think it has always been the case he has been a mardy little player, but the potential to be one of the best around shines through more for me.

Up in my estimation: Alex Ferguson. I think that he's mellowed a lot more, and has actually been a lot less annoying this season. Plus, he seems to be willing to praise 'smaller' clubs.

Up: Man City fans, really good banter at their place.

Down: Reading in general, the stewards, the fans, the players.

Up: Rob Hulse

Couldn't Agree more.

And another one I wouldn't say has gone "up" in my expectations, but has lived up to them, lil Del Geary. I loved this guy when he was at Wed and I knew he always had potential to be in the prem, if only he sorted out his incosistent performances, but he has been invaluable to us this season.

HERE

Are you serious? I love a good moan, let me have a think and then I'll bombard you with loads.:D

Up: Hulse, Geary, Keef, Morgan

Down: Bromby, Webber, Andrew Johnson, John Terry, Frank Lampard, MOTD, Everything about Reading.

For us, the player who has really excelled has to be Geary. He hasn't put a foot wrong all season, and surely deserves a call-up to the Irish squad. Mind you, Staunton has proved what a good manager he is, thrashing the mighty San Marino two-one. How we laughed.

The Blade who has disappointed most for me is Danny Webber. Admittedly he hasn't had much time on the pitch, but when he has he seems to be just going through the motions. Shape up or ship out.

up: hulse quinn morgs and warnock

even further down:

the scum that are reading hate them moire than ever now

arsene wenger just acocky prick

Player who has excelled: Lucketti easily
Player who has underperformed: Webber, tho he still has 2 vital goals for us

Gone up in estimation: Geary, Hulse, Morgan, Lucketti, all done far better than I expected they would.

Don't like: Reading - I never did, but this season their players, fans, and management team have all shown the worst of themselves in the game at their place. Arsenal, their fans still don't sing in their new home and their players were mardy little babies when we gave them a beating. West Ham - something about them just irritates me, and their Chairman seems to ham it up for the cameras all the time. Would love to see them down after all the money they spent this Jan. Match of the Day, for the presenters who are more interested in their cosy little "I used to be a superstar you know" chats than talking about the games they're supposed to be showing.

I'm sure I can think of a few more to moan about.

ive nothing bad in common with reading fc. i read the mirror article about the club, but i cant blame them for anything, well, maybe hunt for the foul on cech, but not the club at all. and BTW i love their home kit.

and although i dont like arsenal ive to admit that there fans seem to make some good noise at home games, at least on TV it looks far more energetic than previously at highbury.

people we hate:

Steve Bennett

and more so Steven Gerrard.

For such a strong player (always said about him in the media) he don't half spend loads of time laying down.

Lost my respect.....once again a great player....why cheat??

He has been my favourite players for a long time Mr Gerrard

but yesterday made me feel gutted he could do that i was gutted beyond belief!

Richard Scudamore and West Ham surely have to be added to the list... any more for any more?

The whole buch of fucking idiots at the F.A. Anybody noticed how Brian Barwick looks like a fat rat from "Flushed Away"?
