Yeah but that had a further 2 letters making it even more difficult to elucidate. I still think Weir should be given time. This system relies on players getting to know each other and make decisions as a unit. They are not following strict game plans like Bassett Warnock Blackwell where every step is measured, every run analysed, every ball played pre planned every move choreographed. This is about building a team together and it takes time. Ask Alex Ferguson, he has done an exceptional speech at Harvard that explains it.
