That is the list i would have said will be leaving in the summer.

Some of the players in the list barely feature - Ertl, Williamson (always injured) etc.

I think Lowton will win it by a mile. Good shout for Reid, I think I'm right in saying that he's still top of our 'assists' for the season

Was just about to say the same about Reid and assists. Think Yeates is 2nd place which is a shocking reality!

Based on the whole season it has to be Lowton, but possibly include Quinn on his second half of season performances.

Stephen Quinn should win this without a shadow of a doubt. He's tried his best all season and his form in the last two months has been excellent in a poor side. Lowton has made an impression and would probably be second but Quinny has played a lot more games.

Quinn - Scapegoat and target of ire when we're doing ok (or expected to do ok), fan favourite when we're terrible! :D

Which is not to say he doesn't deserve player of the year.

In fairness Quinny has been very good since Adams came in, almost invisible before. Good on him and I hope he's part of the team next season. He's played a major part in us ending up where we are with some terrible performances, but he's also one of those players we'll need and is capable of playing his part in a promotion challenging team

Back handed compliment, but well done Quinny for gaining credit during our worst season in years!

amen mate

When I have been able to attend in recent weeks, Mr Quinn has stood out, maybe not with class, but with some bottle and fight. It's obvious he is trying his best to show the half arsed loanees what being a blade is. For this he gets my vote.

Lowton can be pleased with his overall contribution too.

Following on from this, will the players do a lap of (dis)honour after the Barnsley game? Surely not. The only fans left to clap them will be at the away end!

save all your rotten fruit and bring it to the dingles game in case any of them have a cheek to take a lap. pity nylon notworthy won't be lapping, i'd have been trying to fit a house brick inside a rotting watermelon!

Expect there to be enough from the youth team that might deserve applause. Plus all those who wish to thank the fans for their fat salary before leaving us.

Now THAT is a good idea, just the youth team to do the lap of honour. I'd stay around for that.

What a stupid thing to do after this season.

Does the club not think about what its doing?

FFS i really dispair sometimes.

For those who weren't at the game, Stephen Quinn won the player of the season award.
