I think they are going to give him the funds, read it back, what i'm saying is that if for some reason they weren't going to give him the funds then what was the point of making the appointment in the first place when he quite clearly needs them, thus making it a bad decision to appoint him. No manager can work without tools.If they don't give him the funds then that decision to not give him money is a bad decision but doesn't make the appointment a bad decision surely. The appointment was a great decision and will stay that way regardless.
