State our armed forces are in she could go over in a pedalo and take the island using only a board with a nail in it…
I think the Falklands would be fine with pedalo Belgrano coming towards it.

Dancing on the tables tonight singing “if you don’t jump you’re English” she put the argie flag on my chair and I had to remind her the last time the argies did that on English territory it didn’t end well

In fairness I cheered all the argie goals and only wanted extra time to knacker them out. Great fun

Messi has been the best player in the world for the past 20 years by a country mile and to even mention Ronaldo in the same breath is an absolute joke !!!

Yeah but you've been masturbating furiously over Barry Bannan for the last ten years so what the fuck do you know 🙈🙈🙈

“England players will be advised not to jump over advertising hoardings after Jordan Henderson suffered a freak injury in the aftermath of their World Cup victory over Mexico”

The millionaires have also been advised not to drink water from a very recently boiled kettle, or take a bath with a plugged in toaster. At least when there’s a World Cup on. The FA are hoping players agents are on board with this.

I'm predicting a France vs Argentina final because that's what FIFA want. Whilst the golden boot winner has always been a 'thing' at previous world cups the onus on mbappe and Messi has felt manufactured, the fact Kane and especially Harland are up there perhaps an accident of both teams progressing further than assumed.

I don't have a tin foil hat, I just think increasingly big events like this have a preferred narrative and as FIFA are crooked as fuck it's not a leap to think things are being manipulated.

Infantino said "he suffered with the Argentine fans" during the game.

You're right about their financial corruption and it undermines absolutely everything else.
Unfortunately, it really isn't too much of a leap to think they could be influencing the officiating of matches.

By the way, on average - England receive a card every 7 fouls. Argentina's number is 20...

I'm not massively into conspiracies but with Bellingham, Rice, O'Reilly & Guehi all a yellow card away from missing a potential semi final, would it be a big shock if it went against us VS Norway?
The yellow Rice got in the first minute against Mexico was ridiculous

Franca v Espana is a tasty match, Franca will win through, They will meet either Kattegat or the Saxons in the final. Argentines will fall short.

This guy knows the end game but won't share due to gambling rules.

I know many weren't, but I was a fan of Southgate... what I can't deny though, is that we're genuinely entertaining under Tuchel. I'm looking forward to watching tonight's game.

As a minimum, i find it hard to believe we'll "go out wondering" with a Tuchel side. The identity is to play brave and be determined. Our world class players are seizing the opportunity, they don't look shackled or frightened.
I'm in my mid-30s and can't remember watching an England team with these characteristics. Wayne Rooney when he burst onto the scene 2004/06 is the only example I can think of, but never as a collective.

The fact Southgate is fully on the "corporate talk" circuit doing talks in hotel conferences sums up how crazy it was we had a England manager with the experience of.... getting Middlesbrough relegated

I think Southgate was fantastic at remoulding the image of the England team, and was unequivocally better than any other manager since Ramsey at getting results in tournaments, how ever painful the football might have been to watch.

Southgate did a fantastic job but didn't win anything and that is how he is judged
It doesn't matter we were an embarrassment before
If we ever do win anything he will be as responsible for it as anyone ,not just got his influence on the first team but for his influence throughout the age groups and the whole set up
