He was last seen limping off against Preton North End at Bramall Lane on 18th February. Since, then, I have heard nothing of his whereabouts, recovery and ETA back to action.

Surely someone must know something?

If you can help, please contact me, I really miss Kevin and just want to know hes ok.

Thank you.

Kevin Macdonald is also missing!

I think they don't want to announce that he's out for the season and cause the kind of panic usually associated with bank runs.

There was talk of him just missing out on the pig match. It sounds like the injury is more serious than was first thought. An update from the club would be helpful.

Is Kenic his eastern european cousin?

I think Jehovah was using a Polish keyboard.

Helpful to who?

Hamstring injuries are notoriously difficult to predict.

I obviously know nothing about hamstrings, but after Saturday's match i saw him in his sharp suit, walking to his car. He even skipped up the stairs to the hotel car park where his car was. Looked in no discomfort, hurrying up those stairs.

In any event, he WAS alive on Saturday.

The thick plottens....

The trouble with hamstring injuries, is that you can feel absolutely fine. Even jogging and running at a decent pace, it's when you over-stretch that the problems happen which is why it's so difficult to estimate a return to action.

If it was torn it would be easy : minimum 3 months. Because it's just a pull/strain it could be 2 days or up to a month, it all depends on so many things.

I really hope he's back soon, but I think it would be too much asking him to play at Brentford AND Colchester even if he recovers.

Running in straight lines and plenty of bike work but not in full training so sounds at least another 2 weeks away to me.

Still not resumed full training yet. Seems like the earliest he will be back is Tranmere at home.

Putting the question of when he will return to one side for a moment, surely Danny must be trying to get someone in on loan who could do a similar job? There must be a real risk that MacD will get hurt again after the loan windown has closed and/or he might have a dip in form - what would we do then?

I remember my hamstring going in an game years ago. Everytime I thought I was ready for action, it would literally go in my first game back (see Jamie Ward for reference)

Dont want him to rush back but so guttedhes missing. Im convinced we would have beat the pigs with his presence too.
