Murphy? wondered what the fuck he had just walked into when nobody can pass to each other.

Yeovil hounded us in possession and when you add that to a bad pitch that helped them get the ball back. Yeobil in possession ran through the middle of our midfield constantly without a challange. Are our players so good they don't have to hound the opposition?

The problem we havd is attitude and we have to ask if Wilson has it in him to challenge our players to do better? I don't think but I am behind the team.

Very poor home debut from Murphy, it must be said. Still in was his just his second game and all his team mates played like twats. I agree only MacMahon looked owt like at all today but even he was awful for the first goal and his set pieces were uniformally dreadful. I don't think a single player merited more than a four out of ten yesterday.

The team needs a collective shoeing. If you're playing badly you can at least scrap a bit.

They were all guilty, but I was most disappointed in Doyle. Captain, leader and a player in there for his bite... Something is very wrong with his game at the moment - we desperately need last year's Doyle back.

From being top at Christmas we've lost three key players and any sort of form. Has our traditional late season fade come early?

JD, I hope they were all down at Shirecliffe this morning. They need to sort this out and quick. Maybe Danny can;t motivate his team, maybe he is a tiger but I do know there are some experienced heads in that dressing room and one of them needs to put his head above the parapet and get this team motivated and take this ship on. Higginbottom, Doyle and Kitson are probably the most experienced heads in this division but you woudn't have known it from yesterday.

It starts from the back for me ,not having a go at George because i think one day he will be a great keeper ,but he lacks presence. Maybe his stature ,age ,inexperience, I dont know but the defence try and protect him too much. Howard or Coyne should come in during this period and introduce Long more gently ,having said that I wouldnt change it next week because that may destroy his confidence altogether. He has produced some crucial saves and done very well ,he has also made some very costly errors but the main problem is he isnt a big enough character yet for a keeper.

I have to admit leaving the game wondering when we signed Henderson back and as a freakin ginger fighting with centre backs instead of playing football. I know he went blonde for a short while but I am guessing he bought the wrong colouring box from Boots

Think you're in a minority who think that.

There's a reason Porter doesn't play over Kitson, he isn't as good.
Kitson has played less games than Porter this year and scored 3 times as many.

Totally agree. Kitbag made the 2 centre backs look like Beckenbaeur and Koemans.

Henderson wasn't 'that' bad.
He was by no means a prolific goalscorer, but he gave his all.
He won a lot of headers, helped out his striker partner unselfishly and chipped in with enough goals to be considered a good lead target.
In this league, he would have been good. He was decent enough in the Championship too.

Everytime he did do something positive he usually followed it up by giving away a free kick or getting sent off.

I know that mate but his all round play is better he offers more to the team when in possesion and much more movement and doesnt give free kicks away all the time kitson has the fitness of a sunday league player , i havnt seen him Have a Good game yet
