I'm on the back row of the upper tier and from my vantage point it's a poor performance so far, with little football compared to usual.

Be interested to know how my view compares with those watching on tv.

I'm on Sky.
It's pretty fucking poor looking to me.
 
Disappointing we are the better side but we have played the occasion not our game

We need to both calm down AND up the pace. We’re letting ourselves be dragged down to their level. They want it scrappy, that’s their only chance
 



Need to sort out midfield, they’ve been absent, our passing has also not been up to the usual standard, apart from the cross field balls.

Only real chance of the game so far was the Madine header, he should have scored.

Hopefully Wilder will be sorting it out at half time, conditions aren’t helping.
 
Duffy pls dowell inneffective . Also Baldock. Selections wrong so far. Defence really solid. We can do this. Penalty by hector on madine second half
 
Might be a bit early yet but I would put Duffs on now. Hutchinson has marked Dowells card & is going to try & do him in return for the clash of heads if he gets the chance. We need someone to put their foot on the ball because we are falling into their game plan of making it a physical battle & nullifying our football. IMO of course.
 
Very drab game. Wednesday doing their best to slow everything down and disrupt our normal wing play. Our midfield is being constantly bypassed - Duffy for Dowell would help solve that in the second half.

Clear penalty on Madine - both the ref and lino bottled it.

Forrest Fairy spending more time on the floor as per usual.

Terrible first half from us, awful playing conditions and a weak referee playing their parts.

The only positive of that half is that the pigs offered absolutely nothing!
 
Too much emphasis on trying to hit Madine from all areas of the pitch.
Haven’t seen a lot of overlapping, too narrow but they’re very defensive. Let’s see if they can keep it up all game
 
We are giving them far too many freekicks for stupid fouls. Eventually Bannan will land one of his set-pieces.

We need to be much more disciplined. We keep making stupid (and sometimes dangerous) runs with the ball and eventually we'll lose it and get punished.

The ref is giving us nothing. I'm worried he'll contrive to give them something. Either a pen or give one of our players a red.

We really need to come out second half and play. Conditions are shit but their defence is awkward and ungainly. We need to play through midfield and have a go at them.

I really hate these games.
 



At least we know we can play better. Can they? I'm not so sure
